You want your custom clothing to last and to look good for as long as possible. Following these guidelines will help you to get the most out of your clothing.

Wash inside out at 30 to 40 degrees - this helps to protect the customisation from getting damaged.

Do not use bleach or harsh detergents/fabric conditioners.

Dry immediately after washing - do not leave garments wet.

Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.

Iron inside out using the lowest heat setting, this is especially important for printed products.

This will ensure the customisations stay looking their best for longer. It's also better for the environment!

All the orders are printed on demand and shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. It takes 1 to 2 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.

Once an order is fulfilled we ship it to your desired destination. We provide a tracking code with every order so you can check the status and the whereabouts of your package.

Pick up / Delivery of products
Purchased products may be picked up at designated distribution points. In case you wish to receive your parcel via courier, this should be indicated during the purchase process of the product(s) so as for the corresponding additional charge to be calculated.

For collection failure, customers are responsible for covering all the return fees and re-delivery charges if they wish us to resend their parcel.
