Time Frame for Returns:
Customers must report and return faulty products within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Condition of the Product:
Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects or damages incurred during shipping. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original tags and packaging.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for processing the return.
Process for Reporting Faulty Items:
Customers should contact us via email "info@tshirtjunkies.co" to report a faulty item, providing details and photos of the defect.
Inspection of Returned Products:
All returned items will undergo an inspection to confirm the defect or damage. If the product is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, a full refund or exchange will be offered.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
Exclusions:
Products damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may not be considered for return. Customized or personalized items may be excluded from returns unless the product is faulty.

Product

Our t-shirts are 100% cotton and soft to the touch. The design is printed by default on the front side of the t-shirt directly on the garment with adhesive and offers vibrant colors and sharp details.

Unisex t-shirts give you the opportunity to choose if you want the design to be printed:
1. Front
2. Back
3. Back (Large) & Front (Small)
If you select the design to be printed at the Back & Front, the main design will be printed at the back and a small copy on the front right side of the chest. Some designs offer complimentary front prints that can be printed on the center or on the right side.

Most of the designs can be printed on all available t-shirt colors. However, there are a few designs that can only be printed on a black or white t-shirts.

Care instructions

You want your custom clothing to last and to look good for as long as possible. Following these guidelines will help you to get the most out of your clothing.

Wash inside out at 30 to 40 degrees - this helps to protect the customisation from getting damaged.

Do not use bleach or harsh detergents/fabric conditioners.

Dry immediately after washing - do not leave garments wet.

Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.

Iron inside out using the lowest heat setting, this is especially important for printed products.

This will ensure the customisations stay looking their best for longer. It's also better for the environment!

Shipping

All the orders are printed on demand and shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. It takes 1 to 2 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.

Once an order is fulfilled we ship it to your desired destination. We provide a tracking code with every order so you can check the status and the whereabouts of your package.
