We stand behind every order that leaves our Limassol studio. Everything we print is produced to the highest standard — but if something arrives less than perfect, we will make it right. No hassle. No runaround.

THE SHORT VERSION

✦ Received something faulty or damaged? We'll replace it or refund you in full.
✦ You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report the issue.
✦ Email us at info@tshirtjunkies.co with photos and your order number.
✦ Custom and personalised orders are covered for print defects — but not for incorrect artwork submitted by the customer.
✦ Change of mind is not covered — all items are printed on demand specifically for you.

WHO IS COVERED

Ready-Made Designs
If you ordered one of our ready-made graphic tees and it arrives with a manufacturing defect, a print fault, or damage caused during shipping — you are fully covered. We will replace it or refund you.

Custom & Personalised Orders
If we made an error on your custom order — wrong placement, print defect, colour deviation on our end — we will replace it at no cost. If the issue was caused by artwork or a file you submitted (low resolution, incorrect colours, wrong format), we are not able to offer a replacement or refund. This is why we always recommend checking your file before submitting and contacting us at info@tshirtjunkies.co if you are unsure.

TIME FRAME

You must report any issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Reports made after this window cannot be accepted. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

HOW TO REPORT A PROBLEM

1. Email info@tshirtjunkies.co with the subject line "Faulty Item – Order #[your order number]"
2. Include clear photos of the defect or damage
3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
4. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps

We do not accept returns without prior contact and approval. Please do not send items back before hearing from us.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Once we receive your report and photos, we will review the case and respond within 24 hours. If the fault is confirmed:

✦ Replacement — we will reprint and dispatch a replacement at no cost to you. Cyprus next-day delivery. Greece 3–5 days.
✦ Refund — if you prefer a refund, we will process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The choice is yours.

RETURNING THE ITEM

In most cases we do not require the faulty item to be physically returned — photos are sufficient to process your replacement or refund.

If a return is required, we will let you know. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the fault was caused by us, in which case we will cover the return cost.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

✦ Change of mind or buyer's remorse
✦ Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please check our size charts before ordering)
✦ Damage caused by improper washing or care (always wash inside out at 30–40°C)
✦ Normal wear and tear over time
✦ Faults caused by low-resolution or incorrectly formatted artwork submitted by the customer
✦ Items reported after the 7-day window

FAILED DELIVERY & COLLECTION

If your parcel is not collected from a pickup point and is returned to us, you will be responsible for re-delivery charges if you wish the order to be resent. We are not able to offer refunds for parcels that were not collected.
