Shipping policy

All the orders are printed on demand and shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. It takes 1 to 2 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.

Once an order is fulfilled we ship it to your desired destination. We provide a tracking code with every order so you can check the status and the whereabouts of your package.

Cyprus Delivery Options:

  • Free Pick Up from our store at Ellados 44, 3041 Limassol, Cyprus, usually within 1-2 working days.
  • Geniki Taxydromiki pick up points: €3.5/€2 or free shipping for orders over €100
  • Door to Door (Home delivery): €5 or free shipping for orders over €100

Delivery within 2 to 3 working days once an order is fulfilled and shipped

Greece Delivery Options:

  • Geniki Taxydromiki pick up points: €5/€3.5
  • Free shipping for orders over €100 with Geniki Taxydromiki pick up points
  • Door to Door (Home delivery): €12 or €8 for orders above €60

Delivery within 3 to 5 working days once an order is fulfilled and shipped.

Europe Zone 1 Delivery Options:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia

  • Cost of shipping: €12 or €8 for orders above €100

Door to Door Delivery within 5 to 8 working days once an order is fulfilled and shipped.

Europe Zone 2 Delivery Options:
Austria, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, and Luxembourg.

  • Door to Door Delivery cost of shipping:
    €12 for orders up to €60
    €15 for orders up to €120
    €25 for orders above €120
  • Cash on delivery is not available

Europe Zone 3 Delivery Options:
Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden.

  • Door to Door Delivery cost of shipping:
    €15 for orders up to €60
    €20 for orders up to €120
    €35 for orders above €120
  • Cash on delivery is not available

Door to Door Delivery within 5 to 8 working days once an order is fulfilled and shipped.

 

Pick up / Delivery of products
Purchased products may be picked up at designated distribution points. In case you wish to receive your parcel via courier, this should be indicated during the purchase process of the product(s) so as for the corresponding additional charge to be calculated.

For collection failure, customers are responsible for covering all the return fees and re-delivery charges if they wish us to resend their parcel.
